Sid Meier's Civilization II - a highly addictive game for some or is it ?...

Sid Meier's Civilization II is a turn-based method video game in the Civilization series, developed and posted by MicroProse. It used to be launched in 1996 for PCs, and later ported to the PlayStation  which was owned by Activision.

(If you're thinking of playing this game on newer pc then you need emulator .Game is a 16 bit program, so it might not usually run on 64 bit new Windows.But it can run via emulators exampl. Dosbox..etc)

Players construct a civilization from a primitive tribe, competing with rival computer- or human (in some editions)-controlled civilizations. They control cities and gadgets in a quest to guarantee their civilization's dominance—either by way of conquering all different civilizations or via manufacturing superior area technology.
